Assistant Vice President

EO Companies is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Programs to provide senior-level leadership and coordination across EO’s programmatic priorities. The AVP will serve as a key deputy to the VP of Programs, helping EO strengthen its external presence while ensuring programs operate smoothly and effectively. 

The AVP provides leadership and oversight for program performance, ensuring all initiatives meet established metrics, deliverables, and outcomes. Maintaining active awareness of program budgets, compliance processes, and data reporting across a diverse portfolio of federal, state, private, and community investments, the AVP ensures alignment across divisions and supports timely, accurate communication between program staff and executive leadership. With extensive experience in grant management, budget administration, and staff supervision, the AVP promotes strong coordination across teams to ensure all program activities align with EO’s strategic priorities, funder expectations, and evaluation frameworks. 

The salary range for the position is $85,000-90,000. In addition to the base salary, EO provides paid time off, performance pay, retirement, medical, vision, dental benefits, and opportunities for growth and promotion as the organization expands.  Front Desk Volunteer

The Front Desk Volunteer is responsible for representing EO to callers and visitors, providing excellent customer service at EO’s Front Desk.  The Volunteer should receive all callers and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, listening carefully to fulfill their needs efficiently. The Volunteer might assist with administrative tasks to support general office functions.  Volunteers should be able to work three-hour shifts during the EO core operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Reach out to Maggie Backiewicz at mbackiewicz@eoco.org to learn more.
