Career Discovery Camp Lead Coordinator
EO is seeking a Career Discovery Camp Lead Coordinator for the 2026 camp season. The Lead Coordinator must have or be enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in early childhood, Childhood Development or Education. The Lead Teacher must be available for the camp training week May 26-29. The Lead Coordinator will participate in 24 hours of paid training during training week. The camp sessions are June 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-26, July 6-10, 13-17. The Lead Coordinator position is 35 hours per week during the camp sessions. The rate of pay for the Lead Coordinator is $16.00/hour.

Program Coordinator
The part-time Program Coordinator will provide case management services for program participants in EO’s Workforce Innovation initiatives. The Coordinator provides services that create expanded learning opportunities for students and lead them to discover meaningful career opportunities. The Coordinator will focus on workforce development in the healthcare sector, connecting historically marginalized communities to high-quality, family-sustaining jobs, while improving critically needed healthcare infrastructure in the region, fostering long-term economic stability and growth.

Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator will help to develop, plan, implement, and coordinate EO's Ignite Internships program. The Coordinator will work with business leaders, educators, and community partners to develop partnerships that lead to expanded learning opportunities and meaningful career opportunities for all students.

Community Development Director
EO is seeking a Community Development Director to lead the planning, development, and implementation of EO’s community development initiatives, including new facility development projects and strategic expansion efforts. The Director will oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept development through operational launch. The Director is responsible deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with EO’s long-term mission and impact goals.
A major focus of the role will be managing the facility development portion of a multi-year federal childcare infrastructure initiative supporting the development of new childcare facilities designed to strengthen the regional workforce and support working families.
The Director works closely with the President & CEO, internal departments, public-private partners, and external consultants to advance EO’s capital projects and community development strategy.

Business & Community Engagement Manager
EO Companies (EO) is seeking a Business & Community Relationship Manager to help steward and grow the business and volunteer ecosystem that powers Career Commons. Career Commons is one of EO’s signature initiatives — a hands-on, immersive career exploration space where students engage directly with local industries, businesses, and workforce pathways. The ideal candidate will be confident working with business leaders, detail-oriented, solutions-focused when addressing partner concerns, energized by connecting students, businesses, and community, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
The salary range for the position is $55,547 – 74,063.
