Community Schools Coordinator
EO Companies is seeking an independent self-starter who has or can develop relationships with educational institutions, has experience working with collaborative initiatives with other agencies and organizations, and has a proven track record of engaging stakeholders in both virtual and in-person settings to serve as a Community Schools Coordinator.
The Coordinator will provide support to 21 Community School Advisory Teams (CSATs) at schools in Washington County, Dickenson County, and Norton. Community schools are schools that intentionally form strong partnerships with families and the community to prepare each student for success. The Virginia Community Schools Model provides a framework for improving collaborative leadership, family and community engagement, student engagement and motivation, and student mental health and basic needs. By addressing barriers to learning and strengthening family-school-community partnerships, community schools create conditions where students are better positioned to succeed academically and socially.
The Coordinator must be able to travel independently to meet with the CSATs at each of the participating schools. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of community resources that they can share with the CSATs and the ability to work a flexible schedule. The position is part-time, up to 28 hours per week, through December 31, 2026.
The pay range for the position is $25 –30 per hour commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. EO Companies offers a collaborative team culture, flexible work arrangements, and professional development support.

Development Director
EO Companies is seeking a Development Director to drive fundraising strategy and execution during an exciting period of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across fundraising functions, including individual giving, major gifts, and corporate partnerships. This role will work closely with the President and CEO, senior leadership, and key community stakeholders to grow philanthropic support aligned with EO Companies’ mission and long-term vision.
The salary range for the position is $71,902 – 95,870 with the option to earn bonus pay based on achieving department goals. Vice President of Development
EO Companies is seeking a Vice President of Development to drive fundraising strategy and execution during an exciting period of growth and transformation. The VP will serve as a member of the senior leadership team, lead enterprise-wide fundraising strategy and long-term philanthropic planning, play a key role in organizational growth initiatives including capital and other revenue generation activities, provide leadership and mentorship to development staff and/or cross-functional teams, and act as a strategic advisor to the President and CEO on revenue diversification and sustainability.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across fundraising functions, including individual giving, major gifts, and corporate partnerships. This role will work closely with the President and CEO, senior leadership, and key community stakeholders to grow philanthropic support aligned with EO Companies’ mission and long-term vision.
The salary range for the position is $104,914 – 139,885 with the option to earn bonus pay based on achieving department goals. Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for representing EO to callers and visitors, providing excellent customer service at EO’s Front Desk. The Receptionist should receive all callers and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, listening carefully to fulfill their needs efficiently. The Receptionist might assist with administrative tasks to support general office functions. The Receptionist might provide support for EO meetings and events.
