About EO Companies
EO Companies (EO) is a nonprofit community and economic development organization dedicated to improving economic resilience, attracting and retaining talent, strengthening families, and enhancing community well-being. We work at the intersection of education, workforce, and community assets; designing and scaling solutions that help communities thrive.
As a newly branded and growing organization, EO offers the energy, creativity, and opportunity of a start-up with the stability of a mission-driven nonprofit. This is a new position that offers significant room for professional growth as the organization grows. We are building a dynamic team of changemakers who want their work to matter and who thrive in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and results.
We believe strong communities are built through collaboration, creativity, and persistence. Partnering with private, public, and philanthropic leaders, we challenge the status quo, pilot bold ideas, and turn them into tangible results. Our approach blends grassroots input with expert insight, ensuring that solutions are both visionary and practical.
Our work centers on three core priorities:
- Advancing Early Childhood Care + Education – Expanding access to affordable, high-quality childcare and education to give every child the best possible start.
- Fueling Workforce Innovation + Economic Advancement – Building a skilled, resilient workforce by connecting young people and adults to meaningful career and training opportunities.
- Strengthening Community Assets + Well-Being – Investing in spaces, programs, and partnerships that improve quality of life, health, and connection.
With integrity at our core, we act as a trusted convener, catalyst, and steward in aligning resources, mobilizing action, and championing the potential of our region’s people and places.
