This is our home, these are our families and teammates, and we know that between problems and potential lies endless opportunities. We bring hearts full of gratitude and optimism to everything we do.

Our People
EO has a small but mighty team of 40+ people representing some of the region's most talented subject matter experts.
Our work leads us across partisan and income divides, where we lead community conversations and bring people from all walks of life to the table. Whether forming a coalition, developing an initiative, driving organizations to common outcomes, or building a new program, EO is a driving force in Southwest Virginia and beyond.
With offices in Abingdon and Radford, we employ a distributed workforce that enjoys modern office space, flexible schedules, competitive pay, paid time off, 13 paid holidays, retirement contributions, and health benefits, to name a few.
